History of Salsa Seminar : “The Place where Salsa was born”

Where was salsa really born?

What are the main ingredients in this “recipe”?

In this seminar we will discuss the events and people that lead to its creation.

Is salsa a musical genre?, we will get there too; but rather than getting caught in a musicological analysis, the seminar will show you how salsa was not only a music phenomenon but a powerful social movement that lead to the search of the identity of Latinos .
